This is the former civic centre, now housing several eateries on the ground floor and concert halls above, it is another art nouveau masterpiece.

Kam mir gleich so vor, als wäre ich in dem Cafe schonmal gewesen... Ich musste aber eine Weile überlegen, wo das war.
