One afternoon we went on a wee tour down to the beach at Motril. As it happened it was really windy, literally a sandstorm, which explained why we didn't see anyone on the beach. So we headed uphill instead to an old moorish castle with great views of the ocean in one direction and the Sierra Nevada in the other.
