Prague

This is the former civic centre, now housing several eateries on the ground floor and concert halls above, it is another art nouveau masterpiece.

Another view to the castle

Prague has the hugest parks. ...We walked through some of the parkland heading down the hill from the castle to the old town. The autumn colours were striking.

Prague

View from the Hrad (castle)

The cathedral inside the castle

Stained glass window by Alfons Mucha - truly awesome. We went to the Mucha museum as well. He's best known for his parisian poster work and the Slav Epic (which is housed in another galllery somewhere in Prague), and was a pioneer of Art Nouveau.

Windsor Castle

We'd been wanting to head out to Windsor for quite some time, and finally made it, choosing one of the best autumn days so far, absolutely gorgeous weather.

Queen Mary's dolls house was a definite highlight (although unfortunately too dark to take pictures of....).
